Let people test drive the cause. Essentially, say to people, “We think you are smart. Therefore, we aren't going to bludgeon you into becoming our customer. Try our product, tune in when you want to, download anything from it, and then decide if it's right for you.” A test drive is much more powerful than an ad when you are selling something, And what we are selling does not cost you anything.
"Just as a cautious businessman avoids investing all his capital in one concern, so wisdom would probably admonish us also not to anticipate
all our happiness from one quarter alone."
Dance Web sites or dance Blog sites, they are very much alike. They are both published on the Web and can be read with any Web browser. This gives them the same basic look and feel and similar user experiences. Many Web sites built with blogging software can look and feel just like a blog, even if that’s not what they are intended to be."Young At Heart" by Frank Sinatra
Both Web and Blog sites depend on good, useful content. Web site visitors and Blog readers come to read content. If the content is good and meets their needs, they’ll be back for more, again and again. Witness Calvin's blogs in Town Dancer, the hits go through the roof. If the content sucks, they won’t. Simple? How can one know with either one? Also simple, - with a counter and on Blogger it is free. Of course, they also give you a lot of other stats with it too, free.
But are they different? Oh boy! - Wow! - Yes! And I will need to explain how they are different, later.
There are no swear words in the Indian languages of Central America. Of course the Spanish have always been curious and they will always ask.
"What if you are hammering on a nail and you accidently hit your thumb?" The answer is always the same. "Then we use your language."
Pub's Side Note: In a Web site you can do quite well with one person running it. In a Blog site you can always use another viewpoint.
