Whatever changes are happening in our dance scene on Oahu, have been good because of the new blood coming in. The social dancers have more computers and many more are connected to the Internet. The internet has been a gold mine of free information but of course there are the usual traps by crooks. Much of this free stuff is not worth it after all. At any rate all of the stats show much less hits than we use to have - simply because we have been able to reduce the amount of scam, spam robot hits. And we spend time getting feedback and try to kindle a little fire in the thinking of our readers with the possibilities of a new Group or Night Club in West Oahu.

"Our entire life is but a moment in time. It is our duty,
therefore that we use it and not to misuse it."

The graphics - posters I include in these blogs are all Computer Generated. And I hope to make new ones for our key people and clubs. (My Hobby.) If the rail disaster does not screw us too much we may get something nice going in West Oahu. But we all know, it's the bread, Fred, and the Present Rail Party is making millions and millions of dollars daily. Our new dancing night club would be specifically for the social dancers which will usually be the over 35. This division was made by the young many years ago. "Never trust anyone over 30." It seems like a good division to apply to our people.

The young will stick to their ever changing fads. we should let them and not try to criticize them. Slowly the night club entrepreneurs in the West are understanding that these dancing people are not inclined to drink to get drunk. If they drink alcoholic beverages it is in moderation. So the cover must go up and they must sell non-alcoholic drinks. There will be more machines selling drinks and eatable items. Some have mentioned $20 cover charge. But, whatever, there will not be a need to make "Big" profits in drink and the drinks offered can be at good prices for the consumers.

Rhythm is born in all of us. To be a desirable dancing partner, you don't have
to do all the intricate fancy steps that happen to be in vogue.
